Fitness Friday #42: 12 Days of Fitness

This week, I’m so excited to announce the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge! Beginning December 1, I’m hosting a special 12-day holiday fitness challenge.

What’s the deal?

Each day, beginning December 1, I’ll post a new move to try. In the event page on facebook, I’ll post a new video every day with variations for each move, so you can find one to rock!

On the next day, I’ll post a new move, and you’ll perform that move PLUS the first day’s move. This will continue to compound each day, so on Day 5, for example, your workout would look like this:

So, by day 12, you’ll perform TWELVE moves! Sounds super fun, right?!

Here’s how to get started

  1. Join the EVENT on facebook
  2. Check every day between December 1 and 12 for the new move video
  3. Perform the new move plus all the previous days’ moves.
  4. Share your progress with the rest of us by posting in the group

That’s it! It’s just a short 12-day commitment, no more than 15-20 minutes total by the end of the challenge. We got this!
