Fitness Friday #48: March into Fitness

March is almost here! With that comes the realization that we’re almost 1/4 of the way through 2016. How are those fitness and wellness goals?

I’ve designed a short, 15-day challenge to help get you back on track, or to add a jolt to your program. One of the BEST ways to see results is to change up the routine. Add this challenge to your workout program (with approval from your doc, of course)!

How does it work?

Beginning March 1, follow this chart to determine how many reps of the 5 chosen moves should be performed for that day. So, for March 1, you would perform 5 reps EACH of the squat jumps (can also be a power squat, jumping is never required), figure 8s, high to low plank, tricep dips, and wide push-ups.

Videos of all 5 moves will be posted in the event page on facebook.

Perform your best version of each of the 5 moves each day, adding 1 rep for each all the way until March 15. BONUS – try 20 reps of each move on March 16!
