If we were having coffee together today, I’d GUSH about the Summer Strong Challenge. I try to pair my class and virtual offerings with some FREE content for anyone to use, anywhere. Enter the Summer Strong Challenge.

What is it? It’s a chance to learn some new moves and challenge your body each day during the month of June. We want to build a STRONG body, and what better time to start than now?

How do you do it? Join the free facebook group here, where content is posted daily. You’ll get access to how-to videos for each move. The BEST part (and this is the first time I’m doing this) is that the majority of the videos will be of YOU. I’ve asked class participants to allow me to record them individually, or in pairs, for this challenge. I LOVE that so many of you wanted to do this.

There are 30 moves for the month of June. You can approach the moves however you would like. As a bonus, you can complete the daily move AND at least 10 reps of each previous day. Tip: you don’t have to do all 20 reps at one time; you can spread them out throughout the day.

The goal for this challenge is to keep you MOVING and STRONG as we start summer. Come to classes to do these moves together!
